Yoga changes with the seasons
Like the seasons, your Yoga practice is an organic and shifting modality which is why I continue to add courses and lessons for you to choose just what is right for you. Of course, each week I will always give you a 5 class suggested program in the members weekly page.
If you take a new look in the courses page you will see new courses on backbends, twisting and a course on shoulders. I've also added a ten minute pre sleep class... did you know that sleep is as important as nutrition in your overall health ?
