Each week I will make a program of five classes for you, giving you the perfect balance of classes to make you feel fantastic, grow your strength, and your flexibility, mind, and body. The classes range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. I’ve named them Monday – Friday. You can do one of them or all of them, whenever you want and as often as you want. When the weekly theme changes you will find the classes in both the lessons and the courses page.
Beginning Monday the 27th of June
This week we are considering lengthening and bending the spine. Each day we will find our way to a different backbend. Your whole body, particularly your back will love this !! See you there x
