Your practice this week
Unlock Your Shoulders is a four class course exploring the range, strength and mobilising of the shoulders. Across the course, we look at how the shoulders move, how they connect with the thoracic spine, and how the upper back and arms work together. These classes are practical, clear and detailed, with movements that build awareness, mobility and strength. You’ll explore familiar and less familiar shoulder actions, work step by step with support where needed, and build towards stronger shoulder work, including an upside down shoulder strength pose, and a shoulder stand tutorial.
Each week
Each week I put together a balanced mix of classes for you. The idea is to support strength, flexibility, and that good feeling that comes from moving regularly.
The classes each week are built around a changing theme, you can choose one or work through all of them, whenever it suits you and as often as you like.
