Find time for yourself :

Each week I will make a program of five classes for you, giving you the perfect balance of classes to make you feel fantastic, grow your strength, and your flexibility, mind, and body.  The classes range from 10 minutes to 45 minutes. I’ve named them Monday – Friday. You can do one of them or all of them, whenever you want and as often as you want. When the weekly theme changes you will find the classes in both the lessons and the courses page. 

 

Beginning Monday the 27th of June

This week we are considering lengthening and bending the spine. Each day we will find our way to a different backbend. Your whole body, particularly your back will love this !! See you there x

Monday’s ten minute class to bend and extend the spine

This class is all about learning to bend the back while maintaining it's extension. We begin opening the shoulders and then find our way to lunging backbends. Your spine will totally love this.

Tuesday’s 30 minute class takes a step by step path to bend and extend the spine

This class takes a wiggly road through your shoulders, side body and your front body. We finish on your stomach with some gentle backbends extending the whole body.

Wednesday’s ten minute class is about balance and core

This ten minute core class is about checking in with your balance, and learning to use your core to find balance, on one or two legs.

Thursday’s 45 minute class takes a wiggly road to Urdhva Dhanurasana

This class works its way to Urdhva Dhanurasana, taking a wiggly road through all sorts of shoulder openings and lunge variations to get you there.

Friday’s ten minute class considers upface dog… in all sorts of ways

This class unpacks the strength (core) and length needed for a heart opening long and curved up face dog.
