This class considers balance, with two legs on the floor considering both the range and strength and ends with handstand practice by the wall.

This class works on being both strong and relaxed ... on the path to effortless effort. We begin finding strength through standing poses and twisting standing poses and finish using our strength with a headstand.

Monday's ten minute class introducing you to your breath one minute at a time
This class begins by finding the even nature of the Ujjayi breath over the course of one minute and then works with a timer allowing one minute for forward bends, dog pose and lunges. A gentle class encouraging you to notice the movement of the mind.
