This class begins with a twisting pigeon variation, flows through twisting lunges and standing poses and prepares you for shoulder stand near the end of the class.

This class encourages you to not only work a little bit stronger but also to stay a bit longer. We explore a variation of a sun salutations that encourages a gentle but strength building backbend throughout the flow. Add Trikonasana and Pasvottanasana to prepare the body for Ustrasana our back bend for this class.
