Tuesday's 30 minute class working towards Ustrasana.
This 30 minute class encourages you to use your spine in a way that your regular day doesn't. We start with a lunge, stretch your shoulders and thighs and find our way to Ustrasana. You'll finish with a lovely laying down twist.
