Imagine if you did this every day !!

Here is an idea to check in with your upright spine throughout your day... I mean IMAGINE if you did this a few times EVERY day !!... In my mind you would start sitting and walking taller... all day long... strengthening your pelvic floor (super important) and lengthening your lower back.

So go on ... check out this 30 second snippet I'd love you to add it to your day.
