In this course, we build the ingredients that support safer, stronger backbends. We use standing poses to develop strength through the legs, pelvis and whole body, twisting to bring more mobility through the spine, and plenty of backbends along the way to explore how these actions come together. Each class works progressively, giving you time to understand what is moving, what needs support, and how to create more stability and range without forcing. A practical course for building strength, mobility and clearer understanding in your backbend practice.
