It's always a good time to find your breath. We often breath unconsciously, although the breath is our constant companion... this weeks theme is a newly added course on connecting with the breath.

Breathing consciously is the essence of yoga as it assists us in connecting with the subtle energy within and the activity of the mind. It is through the breath that we are able to cool down, calm down and get ready...for everything.post
