Back bending lovliness

I know I say it all the time, but I really truly believe that organising yourself for ten minutes of Yoga regularly is a REAL life changer... and it's why each weekly theme has THREE ten minute classes. This week we are checking in with backbends. Back bends are important because they balance all the forward flexion of daily life ... and you know ... balance feels really REALLY good ...
