Yoga for travel
Dear Yoga friends, this week we are back on backbends... I'm thinking that we can never really do too many ! with all our forward flexion life chores.
I've also added a 20 minute Yoga for travel class, which is also in the weekly page this week. I've been traveling a lot lately, mostly to see my daughters in Brisbane and I've come up with a "go to" class designed to help you slow down, ground yourself and practice feeling comfortable wherever you are.
I'd love you to join me in this class even if you are still at home.
