The member's group meets every week with a handpicked fresh theme posted in your weekly page. Each class here is a stand-alone class but is linked to the others by a common subject that we unpack Monday to Friday, of course, as a member, you can do them whenever you want, as often as you want.
You can easily connect with your group and your teacher by asking questions and making comments in the weekly page. If you’re picking your own path, you can explore the growing library with a range of search filters to keep it simple.
Whether you are a curious beginner or a seasoned Yogi, you'll find a depth of content that supports each and every learner.

Hi, I'm Susan Kelly
I stepped into my first Yoga class with Nikki Knoff in the ’90s in Cairns and my view of the world shifted. Yoga was initially a tool for me to relieve the stress of my HR job, but soon became the richest part of my life.
I began teaching on the rooftops of Mexico to my diving buddies and returned to Australia in 2000 to set up and teach Yoga retreats at Sanctuary Retreat in Mission Beach, Australia. Since 2007 I have been studying and teaching Yoga in the town of Mission Beach and more recently in my private studio in Wongaling Beach.
Inspired by the lineages of Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga, I am committed to making Yoga and the broader aspects of movement and health, accessible, interesting, and empowering for everyone.
As your teacher I will encourage you to be curious, smile a lot and always “find a way”.
